PS3 Timed Exclusive?

Hi, there are a lot of rumors going around this weekend, thanks to David Reeves, that say that Mirror's Edge will be coming to PS3 first this fall, and 360 and PC "much later". Is it true that this will be a timed exclusive?

I hope not - I'm not fond of timed exclusives, even when they go in my platforms favour. It delays a chunk of gamers unnessicarily, and in the end, how can something be an "exclusive" if it's still coming out for other platforms?

I don't think thats true. At E3 (Livewire) they were playing Mirror's Edge on an Xbox 360. So i doubt it.

Not an exclusive, getting exclusive dlc (PS3 is the main dev platform from what I've read)

lead console? This is the first I've heard, the xbox has sold way more units than the ps3 in almost every country except japan.

Thats true, the majority of games that feature on both consoles were played on 360's at E3 2008.

But for the original question, the answer is no... All versions are released on the 14th of November in the UK.

I'm afraid that won't count much when it comes to timed exclusives.

But its not a timed exclusive, all versions are shipped and released on the sameday.

Ha! Never mate, sucks 4 online play, I know as i used to have one, Xbox Live is being re-vamped 19 Nov. As far as i can see as well the game is coming out exactly the same time for both consoles.
