I'm looking forward to this game alot, not only do I really like the music, the graphics & general feeling of the game suits my taste alot, I like the whole "parkour" type thing aswell seems a little similar (only a little) to Assassins Creed in the sense that you can climb/jump but it has a more "free run" approach in Mirrors Edge by the looks of it, I'm keeping a close eye on the game as I'm certainly looking to grab it when it's released.

I got both the Xbox 360 & PS3, I also got a PC fully capable of playing the game however I'm likely planning to grab it for PS3 mainly not because I prefer the PS3 but because I'm looking at extending my game library for the PS3 more at the moment, the amount of Xbox 360 games to my PS3 games is pretty big so I'm looking to even it out, I like the quietness of the PS3 anyway so it adds a little to things.

Ya thats one thing I noticed, I recently picked up a 360 and got the elite version on a friends say so because the others keep melting. He also said it was supposed to be much quieter than earlier models but its still nowhere near as silent as the ps3, less my ps3 is busted and has no fans at all.

Think i'll get it for ps3 unless I hear the 360 version has something different to offer.

I was interested at first.

Then I realised there was a forum for it here and that EA must be doing it.

That put me off a bit.

I don't see why... Dice are the developers for the game, based in Sweden... Yea EA own DICE, but other than that they will likely be their own studio. I wouldn't deny myself a good game just because "EA had some involvement" It's not often a case of that.

Not completely, I hope. The game looks awesome from the videos.

As far as PS3, 360 and PC versions go, I am not aware of any major differences at this stage. For me, I think it will come down to which platform I am preferring as the time comes.

Is this coming under the 'Games for Windows' moniker?
Looking at the videos it seems more suited to a controller than a keyboard/mouse.

I think I must have posted that during my weekly anti-EA hour.

I've changed my mind, I'll be looking into this.

I think Ea is the Publisher and Dice is the producer

I am actually looking forward to this title, despite it being outside my usual gaming genre and age/gender generation.
Just the innovation and scope Mirror's Edge projects in the promotional videos currently on show, stirs some primeval urge within me...Now Only if I was 20 years younger.

Just the question of game control that ultimately holds me back from a completely "Sold". While it's been hinted at that ME is no "Creed" affair. I also have no intentions button mashing with the compulsory need for a game pad. (Currently only own a PC)

Aside form that. Mirror's Edge is on my "One to Watch" list.

Having seen the game in action at M Festival, I am looking forward to this even more now The environments are stunning and the jumps look awesome.

I think that this looks promising, although I'm mindful of the fact that we've only sen footage of one section. But, most of all, what will sell this game to me, is finding out what it is to play as Faith. What is that control, that play experience like? I think not releasing a demo for this particular game would be a serious mis-step. Once I can go hands-on with it, though, I'm confident that'll seal the deal.
