Also prefer not for the second team to have an official meet up aswell... confuses things.

Can we please list who you think are in the second team... I have this strange feeling that a few of my players have been pulled, which is not happening

The following players that will work with Zundrak are as follows

Oggy
AVFC Bowler
Crazy Gwill
Klejs1991
Zacc

Gr00vy
XOlieOgdenX

Think there's a mix up matey.....all I've done is replace conway,bains,Van...from your list you sent me, with using gr00vy as Danzo has connection problems.....might be better if you send me the 10 you want to try out tonight.....

i feel some hostility against the old crew here,"more mature" now that is a kick in tht teeth for me and most others after putting so much effort in.. anways only wanted to say that, try and defend us abit.. leave it at that now, sure dont want to start arguments,

and "new people", dont lable yourself as that, you are team members, ou have a trail match, you pass, your in the team, you have the same level of respect that the whole team does, if i did make u feel unwelcome i do apolagise, i tried my best to make you all welcome, anyway good luck boys!

man you always take things to heart - don't ya....nothing personal at all mate (as my PM to you said) and my presence should cause you to say to yourself "right he's here ignore him and focus on my team".....and I do not recall ever mentioning you name, yet you get jumpy already!!! - the past gets mentioned and you go all defensive like you've something to hide or protect.

Where's the iron-willed, focused and positive Matt Barr I first hooked up with on PES08 offline tournaments (gamestation).

from what I've just glanced over looks like your getting new players in....good!!! you've got a lot on now and these guys need your attention, guidance, and assistance - the past is the past the future is more important now mate.

I very strongly disagree with most of the things you've said - but now's not the time.

if I get criticised, I can it on board and work even harder, if I get knockers and doubters I work even harder and my teams performances speak for themselves, if my team loses (and all teams do), we'll work on what we did wrong and come back harder and stronger the next time as a team.

don't waste energy on me focus on your team - I know what mistakes I made when I managed - and by god I won't make them again.

your challenge now is to mould a good.....no great team together - as this is an open forum that anybody can look in (even without logging in), you know me mate I'll be curious as to how you get on.

Think the New lads (Including me) felt there was a bit of them and us......and when people refer to things like...It used to be fun...we used to have a good team...etc statements which there has been quite a few lately....only makes the new members think do they mean me.
This is a natural thing in my eyes, it's human nature...when people have been at a club from the start or for a long time, they can feel change isn't always for the better, but sometimes you have to stand out of the woods to be able to look clearly.
Players will come and players will leave...the other night when we had 9 players...won 9 and lost 2...it was starting to gel and will only get better.....I'm 37 and have played footy games on game consoles since i was a young boy....I play for the enjoyment......so all in all....no hard feelings...no need for anyone to fallout.......and I wish the guys that have left MYM Allstars the very best of luck at ROCKSTEADY FC

Peace

I will be on tonight, but I may be late.
The parents want me to take my new car out for a drive after dinner...apparently I'm not using it enough.
I said I had things to do but they weren't having none of it, so I'll get back as soon as i can.

But when players leave stating other reasons and then sign up for another team... well lets just say... its not very mature and abit disrespectful to me.

I never knocked you conway... but you said you left because of cod... why not tell me the the truth dude.... why lie?

People come and go, but all i ask for is the truth..... and if I don't get it then i will say something about it.

the newer players were made to feel unwelcome... not by you... but i did get a general feel by the older team that these players were not wanted by some.

Best of luck matey... your a damn fine player and a good bloke.

and for the older team that have now left because they think the team is not as good anymore.... well look who we have now?

you remember that BAPCL team that took us apart so many times on fifa 09... well quite a few of those players are now in the Allstars... are you telling me we are better than them... well we never proved it and they made us look average on quite a few times... so I disagree that the team is not as good as it used to be... because we have possibly more potential than what we had before... it just takes abit of time to gel and we will, and when that happens then we will have a some games if you want... hopefully us not as good players, will prove your new super team wrong

Good luck

Lets just say that the life force has been knocked out of me abit mate tbh.... just don't like people telling porkies and undermining the new players and team.

I have pretty much worked my backside off for you guys... I put more effort in than most, yet some people don't appreciate it and feel they can say whatever they want about what we do, and MYM BAP teams is something very dear to me.

I am iron willed mate still... and as a statement, this new team and myself will respectfully stick two fingers up at anyone who thinks we are nothing.... give us abit of time and I am sure we will get somewhere.

For a start, now at least we have players recruited for certain positions, where before players got stuck in positions they did not want.

Just remember for the ones that have left.... i wish you all the luck in the world and thank you for your time... but don't slate what we have now, don't say they are not as good, because boys these players will one day very soon, teach you a lesson in BAP and then hopefully that will teach you what i have been trying to get you to follow... it will be fun playing you guys anyway

Hi Tonk... BAPCL/FIFA VP - The guy developing the website could not dedicate enough time to it, although I can build websites, the scale of what we agreed and needed to be a leader in a community 10v10 Virtual Pro website is a little out of my reach... If the guy completes it... Then it will be without the BAPCL contingent... We enjoyed our years running the community and those that were loyal followers of the website but for now we are relaxing with our new found time and looking forward to putting effort into MYM, well as much as they would like us too... cheers xX Gr00vy Xx

i stated the truth to you mate, i did leave to join the cod clan, but they said its on, then i heard nothing for 2 weeks, you can even ask spike and van if you wish, i applied after them because i thought well this clan is over, and u made it pretty clear once you leave then you leave thats it, and anyhow, feel free to check there fourm i played one night for them, and now the cod clan has chased me up, leaders internet went down, soo i no longer play for ROCKSTEADY, i am a member of FPS a clan that reached top 20 in the world last year and as much as i loved fifa, call of duty is deffo my strong point, would have prefered if you PM'd me than post on the fourm

Tbh I am quite looking forward to moulding a new team... hopefully this one will know how to play to their postions and be able to achieve something most of the older players could not grasp, play simple footy.

This is no disrespect to the old crew, because they are a great bunch of guys and good players.... but other than the odd few of them... we put alot of new players off due to the attitudes of some and the need to argue all the time.... and instead of realising it was their attitudes that cost us, they tried to blame me and others, however it does not matter what team they are playing under, the same problems always occur, they argue and only play as a team when things are going right for them.

Hopefully that has changed now, because in all honesty the newer players seem alot more mature.

Well said: Im looking forward to it to.

as for the Older generation, i have not heard about them nor want to know about it by what has been documented about them as the sound very "unprofessional".

Our new team once we have got used to eachover will definitely be a force to reckon with.

As for the 1st and 2nd teams, will there be regulations as to wether or not you can play for both, if needed? as at the moment, i keep running into the united team but i think im not suppose to play for you lot, correct? if that is No, then im all happy and looking forward to the new future!

as for this new club that ive seen van join, is it ll our old players re-uniting, trying to do better ?

Btw, 2K points and we get onto the top 100s, we got 400 (i think) over the last few days so we are definitely making progress.

agree with conway we helped grow this teams reputation as 1 of the better 10 men teams on fifa 09 now its up to the current allstars to continue and make that reputation bigger.

we were not unprofessional, we were always organized and always attended or if we couldn't gave reasons. yes we argued but all good teams do now and again

never were we unprofessional.

Sorry I left during that match, then went offline (sent Matt a message but just letting the rest of you know).
My connection was awful and I literally couldn't do anything, as you could probably tell, seeing as both goals were conceded down my side.
Seriously, I have no clue how I get so much lag when she turns the laptop on.
Other then that I'd say the managers have plenty to be happy about.

if your only running a speed of like 4 meg, laptops take up aba 3, wich leaves you with about 1, could be why

Good games tonight lads... the last one playing 4-3-3 against a 5800+ team was maybe a little over zealous and myself playing RW as a left sided player was HARD!! That aside.. I thought the previous games especially the first few were mostly comfortable but once we lost some key players the team suffered...

Take it easy lads... laterz

Well a mixed bag tonight... some really positive points and some negative ones aswell.

Started well and then dipped abit... got owned in the last game tbh.

Just need to relax boys and play simple.... we will get there... play as much as you can together, even if I am not around... i will fit in wherever you want me tbh.

Yeah good games at the start against decent teams, think losing key players towards the end showed, but when we have the 10 playing, we can play and more we do play the less errors we'll make.

we were not unprofessional, we were always organized and always attended or if we couldn't gave reasons. yes we argued but all good teams do now and again

never were we unprofessional.

I would have to disagree with that tbh... shall i go back through the old posts in the old thread... sometimes professional and never grateful would be my opinion of the old team tbh...

Thought way to much of themselves and hated feedback, thought they we better than they were, blamed other people for their own failings and attitudes, and were all to easy to attack the people who were looking out for them.... never accepted responsibility either.

Not all of you, but alot of bad stuff happened and some of those players who caused that trouble will no doubt do the same to other teams in the future.

Once there was a great team spirit with the old team... but that was right at the start and when i first left the managers post... thats when it went down hill... back stabbing, lying and playing people off against one another.... because that is what went on back then..... and i don't know why because Danny was not that type of player and i am sure he would not put up with it as manager... so god knows where it came from (well i do actually)

I am not saying it was you... so don't take it that way..... I am just pointing out how i felt about the team...... yeah the team got to division 3... but it should of got higher tbh.

Hmmm wish I could have stayed on.
Think tonight was good overall, playing against good teams like we did can only help the team experience wise.
Did you guys end up winning that match I left ?
Also Phil...you are an awesome defender, you helped me out countless times. Well played sir.
