And yeah the lack of matches is getting really boring, I see that theres usually 3-5 people playing each night, but then when theres that few players on the team, and the rest is made up of the useless A.I players...results tend to not go your way.

The official meets are great, as theres always enough people...but they're only once a week.

Mmm, sent a message to Adz explaining. Was pretty foolish, didn't know people were playing today, so I left and was going to ask United if they needed a spare player. Then realised the Arsenal game was on, watched it, came at half time, saw that a few United players were online, watched the second half but by then it was around 22:00 at that point I figured they'd either be on their last game of the session or very near finishing. So played a couple of games with some mates I know. Pretty silly, but I thought that I may as well play before anyone is available to invite me back.

Why is nobody taking the any role then?

I have not been around due to work committments, but there are enough players in the team to carry on.

Get it together boys and people I have placed as assistent managers.

If i come online and find our stats have taken a hammering due to losses, then its going to hit the fan

There is organisation... last meet up was sunday gone for my team... Team played a complete shambles and therefore I have had some time off and given you some lads some time off.

But I am not arranging stuff like i did last sunday and when i trurn up, half my team are not there and the other half are acting like fools and not taking it seriousley.

This sunday will be a meet up for my lot.... if i see the same rubbish i had to put up with last week, then I will be recruiting more players that can do a job for me.

You know how i run things van.. i don't agree in puppy walking the team and give you lot some respect and responsibility to play when I am not around.

But when i call for an official meet up i expect everyone to attend or at least tell me they can't make it... when the team does turn up and play in an official meet up, i then expect total dedication and focus.... lately players have been doing what they want and going on glory hunting go where i like runs... i don't like that style of play or player.... i expect everyone to play their positions strictly.

On sunday it changes.... the team will play exactly how i want them to and if one player even thinks they can go wandering out of position, then I will have a place in the team available.

As you can see i am still abit miffed from sunday.

If you want have some banter fine... but don't come in causing possible arguments or debates.... those times have gone with most of the players that caused the trouble in the first place.
