Hi Matt,

I understand where your coming from and I can say I have been unaware of this "behind the scenes" goings on. I have an idea of the people who may be associated with the situation and will have a quiet word. You have to understand though, some things are out of my control. I can do my best, but I can't possibly be on top of everything, all of the time (something I'm sure you appreciate as a fellow manager).

Personally, I want the relationship between RSFC and MYM to be a good one (for example; the friendly exchanges between our two teams after tonight's match, how many times do you see that happen on FIFA? Not many ). We are rivals, yes. Enemies, No. If you look at the grand scheme of things, we as two clubs are doing a great service to FIFA10. We are playing FIFA PCC the way it is meant to be played. Something I think we all can take great credit from.

Looking forward to enjoying many more entertaining matches against the AllStars. I can honestly say they are the most interesting and enjoyable experiences I have been part of on FIFA thus far and I'm sure they will continue to be. A true test.

Take care fella,
- Kyle.

Alright let me clear things up to everyone...

I applied to RSFC for a trial about a day or 2 befor I applied for a Trial at MYM. I was accepted for Trial at MYM before I was accepted at RSFC. I played my trial games for MYM and then was accepted for a trial at RSFC. I had not completely commited to MYM (i never saw the posts about me permanently joining MYM until you said something today Slake) thats why I am now playing out my trial with RSFC.

It was not meant as a selfish move to either side involved I am just trialing to see where I fit in best, both clubs have been very fun to play with as all are respectful and kind.

I hope this does not leave a bad taste in anyones mouth as I was in no why trying to be disrespectful to anyone.

Gav, me and you seem to be understanding eachother a lot more, starting to do some good defending, hopefully it can get a lot better, and now with Glen in the picture it should be a lot more easier to defend, as I don't have to push over and cover LCB and CB at the same time, which in effect either pushes you over to cover CB and leave us exposed, or you staying in RCB and we're again exposed.

But hopefully that'll all change now, all we need is a RWB or a LWB. Depending on what position Gunter wants when we finally get a full 10.

ethan, that's my mistake then. when i said to everyone on thursday 'see you all on sunday', i was wrongly assuming you knew i accepted you into the team because generally everyone who joins us for trials just ends up staying anyway.

if you decide to join us then great. if not then good luck with whoever you decide to join, you'll be a big asset to any team. no bad taste in my mouth

Erm do we want to try and arrange some better match nights, so we're able to possibly get 10 on at the same time?

I was maybe thinking instead of playing on Sunday, could we maybe change it to Saturday and have 2 meetups, one say from 2pm-5pm and then another at the usual time?

Or if not, maybe do two sessions on sunday, an earlier one and a late one.

EDIT: Just so all the managers/players know this is the formation we're using:

So could all managers download the formation off the clubs page please, just incase Adz can't make it. That way we don't have to have a last minute formation change etc.

I'm really liking the formation I've sorta made.
Using it on FM2010, with my Fulham save *in the CCC*

Working really well, and I've assigned the players with the correct roles, like box to box midfielder etc. It's going really well, and I haven't really got any major stars in the squad list either

Samaras was free, Kilbane free, Williams £2.5m, Santi £7.5m *regen player*.

Currently 5th in the CCC, 39 games in but 12 points from 2nd Looks like the play-offs for me.

Gone into administration, 10 points have been deducted, and the PFA had to step in to pay the players wages. Really isn't going well for us

We're about 3 points from the playoffs aswell but with the 10points getting deducted it'll be another season in the CCC I think

Lastnight was good fun, it's a shame we lost that one game to an own goal and we didnt beat the Allstars but it was all good fun.

You could see we were passing the ball alot better, and clearly Allstars initially didnt realise what hit them when we scored in the 7th minute.

But is it possible to continue to experiment with Formations, whilst keeping our defence bolstered?

It just seemed that everytime i got the ball lastnight 70% of the time it'd be on the counter attack and i'd be left with all of the back 4 to beat.

also alot of the time i'd run just along one of the sides of the box for the pass across the box for the tap-in and there's nobody there ever.

In short, is it possible to experiment with a strike partner? to give me more options up front..possibly 4-1-3-2? or even a CAM to play just behind me.

some1 else that enjoys this11 lol

been speaking to killie asking about this team because i was a co-manager but left but wanted to see how you were going been told good things about this team and that you are constantly improving and gelling as a team

noticed you are struggling to find a constant formation have you ever thought of using a 4-3-2-1 but tweak it slightly

By moving the cm to cdm it would mean that an extra position bolstering the midfiled would be used but by setting the position to running back when they have the ball it would also act as a cb.

adz and bebzy would be lf and rf giving them that freedom to push forward and suport the long striker meaning he isnt isolated up top.

killie can do what she loves to do and just patrol the centre with ady breaking things down before they reach the defense.

Just a suggestion for the managers to think about and the positions for people our just were they said they were playing a couple of pages back (sorry if i got some of your names wrong, if i have)

i quite like the idea of a 4-3-2-1 or 4-2-3-1 formation. i think we should try it out tonight and see how we get on with it.

I might be a bit late on tonight dependant on whether I'm off food shopping. I'll only miss the first game max. Looking forward to tonight!

Cheers for the game last night everyone, enjoyed it. You look quite well organised, as you say, when you begin to learn solid positions then you'll reap the rewards. Keep up the good work and you'll work your way up the ladder, playing against higher ranked teams will give you valuable experience, learn from your mistakes as they say.

All in all, a light hearted match played in a good manner, thanks all.

The new formation works really well. Gives us plenty of passing options and cover when needed. Sorry I had to leave so early - my gf moans whenever FIFA is on ;-). Will try and get on tomorrow. I have all Saturday, day & night free so will definitely be on then

okay so that was us starting brightly, two wins on the trot but we ended the night on a bad note with three straight losses. two of which were against the same team because they've got lucky.

we started getting sloppy a bit with the passing but the teams we lost against did their jobs well even if one of those teams got jammy.

we are a team guys, let's work on our consistency now.

i challenge us to go a night unbeaten tomorrow

I believe the scores were....

5-3
4-0
2-3
2-5
1-3

We should have drew the third one, attacking wise as soon as Ady had gone after the third game i quickly became isolated once again with the back four, then Bebzy was next to go leaving Killie/Gunter alot more work to do.

We played very well in our opening games it's just a shame as people started to leave for the night, we started to fall apart in certain areas.

Congratulations to Gav on his 100th club appearance and i'll see you all tomorrow.

Sucks that the 5-3 result wasn't officially recorded for whatever reason. It was technically my 100th appearance and should have been a great way to cap it by getting my first Man of the Match with a rating of 10. But alas.

I do like this new formation a lot as we have kept much of our defensive qualities but seemed to have gained a lot more in attack as a result.
