admittedly tonight was a bit all over the place but i'm not going to single anyone out because we lose as a team and we were showing tonight that we really badly need defenders, myself and dj couldn't have done anymore with dumb AI going out of place even when you select them.

did anyone come through the thread i did from two weeks ago?

Not too sure about that.
I thought I played rather bad in some games, but also played well in the others, so all in all 50/50 on mu performance in midfield.

Is everyone okay with me staying in CM?

Also sorry Gav I think I may have got in your way a few times. My stats have gone up, and some have gone down :/

I think my attacking stats are good enough, so I'll most likely work on my defensive stats this week, and my strength*how the hell do you win 10 headers in a match

Wasn't too pleased with the damn ref in some of them decisions, that time I got cleared out twice on the right wing, gave it to brute and he got cleared out

I was a little frustrated with myself last night. I spent most of saturday night playing Pro Ranked matches and was on fire. Then suddenly play for the club and i can't score for toffee. I think when both Todd and Brute are on I'll play LM.

I think CM was a good move for you Slakey. Last night was a bit of a mixed bag for all of us. It happens.. We'll do better tonight.

Was hoping it was, so as long as I impressed you and the other managers that's all that matters really.

Once my acceleration and spring speed is up I should be able to cover on the wings when the usual player isn't playing on the night... I.e either Bebzy*rm* or Imp *lm* or is Imp playing somewhere else?

If I can find out where Imp is going to play from now on *no switching positions* then I can go for a look about for players

Well, he was taken on board as a defender. Fair enough he's bene offering cover else where but thats about to come to an end.

Imp, you'll have to pick a position (defensive one) and stick with it now mate. Seeing how you play id reccomend full-back as long as you don't vanish up the pitch.

Another good turn out last night with 8 people on, when gunter came on

Getting a lot better, just need two more people and we'd have a full team for the first time I think

Hopefully we can get 9 people on to play the matches this week.

I shall be on the search for a CB, as when we do have 10 I think gunter said he could play LB or RB? Correct me if I'm wrong.

I still don't even have that one. I'd say playing as a CB is your best bet because the ball will almost always come to you from their goal kick. So now that I think about it I might suggest just booting the ball out for goal kicks constantly, then trying to win the resulting header.

10 headers is a simple one.

Make your Pro the tallest he can be. set him as centre back then either do as Gav suggester and boot it out and have the goal kicks to contend with OR

play exhibition match, have PRO as CB have your keeper do a little lob pass to him and header it back. This will give you header back to keeper accomplishment too, so 2 birds and 1 stone.

As for tonight, my attendence will be tentative at best. Am comming down with something like bubonic plague mixed with The Swine and possibley Eboli virus (man-flu basically) and as things stand now im feeling worse than bad. I may perk up later but no promises... We'll see how it goes but if i dont show you know why.

right i'm gonna clear up the tonk issue. tonk, you're gonna have to decide whether you want to stick with us or try the allstars. i want a settled team and 100 per cent commitment, i don't want players joining us and then a few weeks later, decide they want to play for the allstars because it doesn't work that way.

thoughts on this guys?

I dunno if I should or not, in a bit of a dilemma.

I have 55 credit at blockbuster which is technically around £55. Now I could use 45 credit and try and go to pre-order MW2 tonight, or see if they have L4D2 coming out on pc and use about £28 credit.

Would I get some money taken off the MW2 if I took in MW?

I was working on my VP's stats earlier by going up against an easy team (as I'd get there quicker) and just had to share this video with you. It's not the goal itself from a free kick because I've scored a few FK's now, but more about why is the keeper in the wall? I laughed so much.

Well it's now pre-ordered, I got £10 for my COD4 game trade in so got COD6 for £34.99
