Who is in the team then and what formation will we play?

In my opinion we should not play the same one as the All Stars, not because I dislike it but because we're a different team and don't have to play the same way and so on. It's up to you guys though and as I told Van, I'm not gonna complain.

Still a fan of number 8 though. :>

Allzo please would you leave the decisions to the management.... yes you have a right to an opinion.. but when the management speak from either team (which they have)... then sometimes topics are to be concluded...

Harping on constantly about why we can only ever play a 4-3-3... which basically suited to your preferance, which in turn is biased towards your needs and not the team... is not good for the team.

I am sure you know the management have their own ideas and don't feel the need at this early stage to feel pressure from players.

I suggest to you that on Fifa 10, you get yourself an all round game instead of relying on one particular position.... because you have the talent to do it, however I don't think you have the patience and thats something you need to focus on.

anyway you don't know what the Allstars formation will be... for all you know it might be a wide one....

Just chill dude and let the team get together first before you start casting opinions and asking for squad numbers.

I just meant in general that we should be unique - if the team wanted a 3-6-1, I would have no quarrels or complaints. I'm more than happy to go with the manager/captain's wishes. (United's manager/captain)

I'll play wherever need be but I would rather focus on one or two positions to become good at and shine there instead of becoming an average/sub-par player in every position (Lee McCulloch

)

So, yeah. I don't want any arguments and so on. I'll listen to what Killie's plans are etc and follow them.

first of all, chill out Allzo. let us make the decisions first because thats what we're here for so nothing is decided right here and now.

we still have players to get first but we will be unique. myself, PJ, makenshi and josh will all make sure of it so don't worry about a thing.

i want all you guys just to focus on becoming the best players you can be - and more because we will go places.

Right i am going to put this to bed.... Allzo I am going to forget your post (before you edited it)... but its your last chance dude... we have had this before and attitudes like that basically cost the Allstars this season.... its not going to happen anymore and you need to understand that you cannot speak to people like that... let alone the people in charge of the teams...

Both teams will receive the same level of attention and support from the MYM admins and both are as important as each other... We will have none of this them and us mentality.... and when people go on about being unique it sends across a mixed message, as we are all on the same team

Players will be players... not tacticians and try to force their opinions on the manager either... there is a time and a place for that... and its not now.

Already before this team has kicked off people have been throwing their 5 pence worth in... I am sure any top manager would tell a player where to go, if they kept trying to tell them how to play etc etc etc.

So before it descends into arguments again.... players will allow the managers to do their job and pretty much keep their nose out of it...

As players in these teams... all you need to concentrate on is doing the job you have been asked.

Tbh if you are good enough... a team can play as any formation with any team and still get a result

Formations are just numbers as Professional Managers say, its more about team play, way to pass and movement, and intelligence. I think if we do our best, we can go further than our dreams, and as soon as we learn to know each others movements, we will succeed.

Now its time to gel, get the spirit up, and leave the formations and shirt numbers etc to the people in charge.

Lets dominate FIFA 10!!!!

I think it is important for this team to keep focused. The more focus we have the better our results will be. It really dosn't matter on the tactics. as long as people stick to their position and get along well i think this can work and if the other team score. we will just come back and play stronger.
