hopefully there should be news very soon, and EA has to concider what time of year we are at now with holidays etc etc, better planning is needed in today's day and age.

M8 who are you in the real world ooutside game u drip, and yeh i could easily win i have just as much chance as you more, you just use 7 at the back thats how you win coz it is near impossible to get past that much,i have seen you online if you cant win on there then the players at lans must not be great considering thers no lag or lalalala i think i would defo win for what ive seen.

It's a game, a lot of money involved yes, but a game! Let's stop arguing? You're fellow competitors, show some respect for each other.

Oh and, People have their tactics, but they are allowed by the game, maybe it's wrong but it is allowed; until the rules are changed how can you tell someone not to do something that is within the rules of the game?

Yeh but evry1 thinks ea bringing in custom formation is a joke,because fifa is aparently a realistic game they just spoiled it with these formation you can do, played someone with 8 at the back y day just a joke :O but true if the tournys alow it then what can anyone do just hope they have defaults for evry competition.

Right this has to be officially confirmed and a few things could be changed... but below are the details for the Grand Finals... Please remember these are not confirmed as official and a few things may change.

FINALISTS
· Final 32 players (finalists) from the Meet Your Match scoreboard will be invited to the final at Multiplay's Mfestival
· EA will be in touch with the 32 finalists by Friday 17th July.

FINALS DATE & LOCATION
· This event held on Friday 7th August at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, CV8 2LZ - http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=stoneleigh+pa rk&sll=52.339932,-1.527117&sspn=0.01016,0.019248&ie=UTF8&z=14&iwloc= A
· Finals will start at 10am and will run through the day to 7pm finish

PRIZES
Prizes will be paid from Multiplay following completion of the event.
· 1st (winner) £5,000
· 2nd (runnner-up) £2,500
· 3rd £1,500
· 4th £1,000

COMPETITION FORMAT
· Xbox 360 only.
· Straight knock-out – 32 down to final winner
· Runners-up match between the two losing semi-finalists will determine 3rd and 4th place
· The Four semi-finalists are deemed the ‘top 4’ and also have the option to enter the World Cyber Games [WCG] at the elimination stage, the next day (Sat August 8th). NB – the WCG are played on PC not X360.
· Players are advised to bring their own controllers.
· Players need to be ready to play at the allotted start time or will forfeit match.

MATCH RULES
· As per existing Meet Your Match guidelines although subject to fair and reasonable change to ensure the tournament runs smoothly and is completed on the day.

EXPENSES
· Travel expenses – these will not be covered. As per the original Terms players will have to get to the event themselves
· Entry – this will be covered by EA
· Accommodation – due to the potential length of the tournament EA will provide 1 nights’ accommodation near the event for the night of Friday 7th August.

Those details are to be confirmed... but surely you don't expect EA to pick people up from home... Coventry is not hard to get to.... making issues out of nothing tbh and pretty pointless.
