We will just have to wait and hear what EA decide... personally I prefer default formations and then the choice of changing custom tactics....

Groups of 4 with top 2 going through... into single elimination ko.... how real football tournies are run... never agreed with double elimination type ko's... they are suited to FPS tournies, not sports ones tbh.

and imo people who use unrealistic formations are the newbs and not very good gamers tbh... something I had to put up with when i used to compete in the world of gaming... pes was rife with it and it did ruin events tbh....

I am sure a decision will be made soon enough... but as I have always said... if you are a top player... then formations don't matter tbh... if you rely on a formation to much.. then tbh that person can't really be that good.

Anyway whatever goes, goes, it will be a good final, can you tell people the location, so they can at least start getting hotels booked etc, because the closer it gets the more expensive it becomes for all of us!

It's not like playing defualt is a major burden anyway to anyone. Just hope a decision is made in advance so people can practice to the correct rule set.

I agree with single KO matt....but only if we were playing 90min matches like real sport

i see your point and i'm not sure you get 45 minute halves anyway? i think what chris is trying to emphasise is (forgive me if i'm wrong chris!) that it is a little rushed trying to get goals in a 5 minute half.

i've played 10 minute halves with the planet fifa guys and you can relax a little more as well as play your best football because you have 10 minute halves. scorelines definitely don't get silly.
