Although I don't believe that is down to pass selection,more down to a lack of composure.

I used to fill my head up with lots of "What if" and "Should i" in FIFA 09,which often resulted in my launching it aimlessly up the park. Which actually - if it's a word - "un-achieves." Now don't get me wrong,on occasion,the almighty 60 yard punt is required....but sometimes if you actually look at what's around you,there's massive space to be found. The best way to develop this is when offline, play every pass you want to make. Not the second choice,simply say "I Want the ball to go there" and make it so. Bend physics. It becomes really simple after a while,the lob pass is actually best used over a distance of 5-10 yards,just to dink it over a man to a team mate. I did it a couple of times last time,just pitching it over the strikers. It's all about confidence.

We're like Titus Bramble at present. If we start well and make some good tackles,we're unstoppable. If we make the slightest mistake,we make a hash of it.

Are we playing tonight? If so,when?

Can't attend tonight if there is a meet,little one's got a bit of colic,not really fair for me to be playing xbox.

Agree with everything that is being said.

I do think all midfielders need to work on their defensive stats for their pros.... we need to be solid as a rock and we will be.

It will take time lads... I got about 5 formations I want to try out aswell.

Had three games tonight and we won them all.

Alot better and more composed... but do think its going to take some time to try and get the sprint button knocked out of you.

For those that played tonight... I hope you now see a little bit of how I want the team to play... the more we play like this, then the easier it becomes...

But we must all do exactly as our positions require of us and not go drifting.

Thought the defence did well and midfield started to gel well considering we all came on at short notice and had a few new players.

Strikers... well played but don't be afraid to have a go, but without also taking into account of other options around you... the midfielders in the team are quite handy at hitting the ball aswell

If people want to play tommorow I can be online at the normal time.

yeah was fun last night you were proved right with a few moves using patience and a slow build up which led to goals i will be on tonight but then possibly not on friday or saturday as the missus informs me 'most haunted live is on'

Let them beat you,it becomes a much more interesting and addictive game. Worked for me.

Might be able to nip on tonight,don't know.

Completed my first BAP season with Falkirk, and had Wigan,Real Madrid and Deportivo chasing my signature. Chose Grimsby. Easier opposition = Easier tackles. Will go for a big team next season.

Edit - Unlocked Skilled Dribbling and the flair trait. Was holding the ball up in the corner,turning away from defenders and behold....

Well played tonight.... unbeaten again and some good stuff.

Think the message is now starting to sink in... but the goals we did concede tonight were of the same reasons... rash decisions, sloppy play, lack of communication and bad positioning... its all simple stuff that can be resolved... but we just have to believe in ourselves abit more.

Quite enjoyed my role up front tonight... still prefer midfield though.... got a few goals though and plenty of assists.

Next official meet up will be sunday... play in between that day if you want... lets keep the winning streak going.
