Right peeps...

Not pointing the finger at anyone... but I have received various comments with regards to player behaviour against another team member the other day (when I was not around).... These comments have been made by other people within the team.

I am happy not to take the matter any further and forget it... but may I please remind you of a few things.

1. This is a community team.... yes we want to win... and unsporting, greedy play and unwillingness to co-operate with other team players will be dealt with.... by the club managers only. If you have beef with someone for one of the above reasons.... contact us... I do not want people ganging up on individuals and causing unrest.

2. We have players of all skill levels in the team and we must all understand that others have more experience at playing in BAP teams. We have only been successful because of team play and not pushing people out... there will be no social grading within the team.

3. Anyone found to be abusive towards another member of the team, will be removed from the team in the future as it portrays the wrong message.

I am a little disappointed tbh, as the 3 days I played with the team, there were no problems and yet when I am away, this happens.

Lets all be adults please and get on with enjoying ourselves
