Ok,summary post;

A) Spike,use correl,looks better to me.

B) If you choose to play more nights of the week,i'd be available Monday and Friday. That's all i can do nowadays.

C) Lets remember we're all big boys and girls

If there's a reason something can't happen,especially at short notice,a sound reason is always appreciated. Had i been in the team and expecting to play,i'd have been livid

.

D) Xbox wireless mic works great. Sits like a bluetooth headset. Unfortunatly,it's not Bairns-proof and i sat on it,mangling it.

Actually,the wired ones are rather flimsy,i stood on the ear piece of mine and that was it,screwed.

It's because they make the ear piece so massive,presumably to tailor to Snow White's dwarves that everything is stretched and prone to break.

1st one is notorious for the mic breaking, second I actually had and it was worse than the official one which is really saying something and the third is notorious for breaking in a variety of ways. I research almost every 360 compatible headset and despite being lalalala battery life and slightly fuzzy at times the official wireless headset is still the best one imo.

Xbox headsets are p*** poor. I don't know what's so hard about making a headset that works well and doesn't break if you sneeze within a 20 foot radius of it.

EDIT: Oh and the first one is a horrible set up...

I hope it is, I was interested in it so I've been reading a lot of reviews and there was a 45% unhappy ratio on one site, most saying that it was temperamental. I might take a shot with the Motorola one just because it's single ear and at £12 it's not that much of a risk. Also the 2 eared varitey ones worry me because if the headphones sound is rubbish or mingles too much with people talking then there isn't much you can do. Single ear seems the better option.

i've been snowed under over the weekend, doing work for my parents and last night, well i wanted to take time out and pay tribute to MJ as well so myself and my mum watched. i think more or less everyone was the same.

the memorial touched me, and his daughter made me cry, i could feel the family's pain and Prince Michael and Blanket - poor wee souls were looking pale. i know i'm lucky enough to still have both parents, who are still in their early 50s. my mum also came from a large family.

none of us should ever take life for granted.
