I think Barr will agree with me when i say well played to every1 who played tonight, everyone played there part, which meant we went on a 9 game unbeaten run (i think ) :s lol.

I missed last nights games (had a emergancy at work) did'nt get back till late, that's whats being a manager does to you sometimes.....lol

You make this sound too much like a chore to be fun, BARR2K. People will be banned from playing again if they don't show commitment? Sounds like another certain team I used to play for, I missed a few weeks because of exams and I was booted from the team. You are familiar with the team, I believe.

You realise that people can't always be around their Xbox 360's 24/7, and be at your beck and call whenever you want to play clubs, right?

Clubs should be fun and people shouldn't feel pressured into playing, which you are achieving right here, and was also achieved by my old club.

I dont see any pressure to play.. Its simple: dont say you'll turn up if you're not going to. Hes said previously that he is getting enough players to have a team for every night..not the same team.

I never said people had to turn up every night.... just don't commit if you know you cannot make it... and then turn up now and again and expect a place. I just don't a team of people who sign up and never turn up.

Everyone has a life and as long a people can make a meet up once or twice a week, then thats great.... if people want to play every night then thats upto them..... we will have enough players to meet up every night.... that does not mean the same players

I will not be on tonight peeps.... so carry on regardless...... Meet up at 7:30pm

i played like 2 games tonight and no1 helped me all they do is abuse....
and then they kicked me like wdf the most loyal player u got and u just abusing me....

I was on yesterday with the lads and no one got kicked out at all - unfortunatley the server was playing up a bit and we all had to constantly log in and out - but when we played, we played well.

shaunislegend have you got a headset? because I tried to talk to you but was not hearing anything

I doubt very much you were kicked... must of been the servers as they have been playing up.

Are you sure your not being oversensitive?

I was not online last night, so I can't comment... but I doubt anyone would be abusive... however if that has occured and I find out, then there will be action take against the said individuals.

I will try to get on tonight, but I am busy with other MYM stuff, which needs my attention.
