Game problem

Reinstalled Medal of Honor after some problem with my PC,but now the the figures(allies) and Enemy have patchy or a half rerazed affect on their uniforms,hard to keep track or shoot at them,everything else is fine(buidlings etc)and game working soundly..Settings seem to be fine too.Any ideas what is causing this,oh some weapons are the same, patchy or hard to see when you are firing..parachutes are also patchy
