I think it's a safe bet to at least assume for now that the Xbox 360 and PC will get it - the previous game appeared on both platforms. As for the PS3, I'm not so sure.

The 360 version is a given. The PC version will propably follow with some delay (I'd say 6-12 months).
A PS3 version is likely. The EA CEO said that the game will be a multiplatform title (he however dodged actually namin' the PS3).

I for one intend to get it on the 360 since they say that actions from the first game will affect the game - if you have a Mass Effect savegame obviously.
