hi All,

Please please please can someone help me out. I don't remember creating a User Name when I purchased simcity. Now that I am having problems, i am unable to login to the "contact us" part of the website to request a refund. I used a password that worked for logging into this forum but I am not sure it works for the EA Store login area. I requested a Username reminder, received the email and it said:

"Hello,

Thanks for being an EA Member. As you requested, here is the member name(s) associated with the email you provided:

If you need Customer Support, simply reply to this email with your question. Or, you can go to the "Support" link at EA - Action, Fantasy, Sports, and Strategy Videogames.

Your Friends at Electronic Arts"

That's right, no name in the email.

I tried to request a refund on the website, and am receiving an error.

Order cancellation request needs a password too.

Does anyone have a phone number or an email address so I can sort this out & request a refund?

EA is the most user un-friendly site I have ever come across. It seems it is set up so that you will never get to contact anyone let alone - let alone a refund!
