Default Mass Effect keeps freezing

Exactly as it says game keeps freezing randomly during game play even when instructions are foloed the sound directx and video drivers are updated to the last version nobody yet offical responded to this issue here or in the bioware forums and lot of people seems to have the same problem Mass Effect Community - Freezing i was wondering are you guys aware about that problem and are you working to fix it ?
Think the game was rushed without proper testing another 69$ down the drain ?

there is a lot of bugs & stuff with both consols. i had hoped that the pc version would be fixed but obviously not. we might just need to wait on a patch.

Does your PC meet the requirements for the game? You can check, using the System Requirements Lab "Can You Run It?" Tool (click here).

If so, and you're sure that you have the latest drivers installed on your computer, I'd advise you to contact our Support Team (via the Support Centre), as they'll be able to offer better technical support than we can, on the forum.

For those who are having issue about game freeze or slow game play. I got some fix for that. I just need to make sure first if your system meets the minimum system requirements.

> OS
> VC name and driver version/when it was updated
> if the game freezes are you receiving an error message? what is the exact error
message?

If you interested knowing the common issue fix simply hit me back...
