Hey! Thanks for the post. Sorry its taken a while to reply.

Servers are normally taken down for some maintenance work, that is essential to ensure that the servers run smoothly. In most cases, we try to let players know in advance when the servers are coming down, but in cases of some Maintenance, this isn't always possible.

this has nothing to do with maintenance I am sure. The servers have crashed, bugged. Still how long before someone gets the call to repair it?
