Need help with some issue GL:5538

Hello there i just buyed Lotr Conquest and installed it,but i cant start the game.A windows pops and says that THe GAme CAnnot Start Not Found:Gl:5538,what should i do? would be great if someone can help me tnx

after searching codes for registment because after i installed fifa09 and i wanted to work it. It didn't work so he demand from me to search for the code so i trayed all the codes in internet but it didn't work...after that i wanted to work it again but he he told me "GL 5538" PLLLLLLLLLS help me up as soon as possible
