Help needed with BFME 2

Ok lets get to the point, when i install the game and stuff and i open up the game, I pick "Solo Play" then pick "Good Campaign" i watch the little movie it shows and then it come up a loading screen, it loads for about 1 minute then the game totally closes .. and then thats it .. anyone know whats happening ? i need help with this immediatly! thanks in advance

EDIT: after the game closes a pop-up comes up saying "A problem has been encountered with LOTR: BFME II" or something like that, and i can pick "Send Error Report" and "Don't Send"

Please Help I Really Want To Play This Game

Hi, I was wondering if there is an update for LOTR Return of the King as I have been looking and only found updates for Battle for Middle earth. If anyone knows where to find a patch please can you let me know. I am using the Retail V1.0 however there are alot of bugs, this being quite and old game now and very popular, there should be updates?? shouldn't there??? If anyone can help it would be most appreciated thanx

This has to be THE worst online community i have ever tried to get involved with... Either everyone is to stupid to give an answer or there just plain ignorant ... or both or mabey this community is trying to mirror EA's development team a the moment and do as little as possible and still get the kudo's for it..... well none here i'm happy to say......"Electronic arts community"....... You suck .. BIG TIME
