Huge BFMII problem

Ok i installed bfm2 today and when it installed i went to play it, but it stays on the loading screen that says collectors edition, then it crashes and says theres something wrong with the game.dat and runtime library.
Now ive uninstalled it, formatted, updated and reinstalled it, still doesnt work, the very first time i played it about a year ago it worked excellent, but now it doesnt, anyone got any suggestions as all i get from ea customer support is ''send us your dxdiag'' which i do and they just say update everything and if im on vista, which im not do this and that, quite annoying as ive been wanting to play this game really badly for some time.

Anyone please, ive tried customer support but they dont actually help.

Hi Dysehunter. The support team are still the best guys to hep you sort the problem out. Did you go back to them after you tried their initial suggestions, with the results? Often it's a process of elimination and letting them know what you've tried may lead to further investigations.
