Problem - please click here

I can join in game chat, but I can't join in tournament 1vs1, or open play or other. When I click on tournament it does not say 'you have join in quick game/match'. And when I go back on 'home' it says: players online - (zero), game in progress - (zero)? Then I click join in, and it is searching and searching, and find no one.

Do you know (anybody) where might be the problem, or maybe someone had the same problem before...?

Which platform are you on / which LOTR game do you have? Check to see if you have the latest patch installed and that you have the required open ports for online play. For more help you can contact EA Customer Support by clicking on the Contact Us tab.

for the last 2 days i cant connect to any of EA-s servers?! how come? ... games are u to date (all patches) con. is working fine, Fw setting are OK ... so ... what to do?

Hi GrandpaAXE, welcome to the forums. I'd suggest you try contacting the Support Team for help, they may have additional information on the state of the servers or any current problems, or be able to offer some suggestions for troubleshooting. Use the CONTACT US tab at the Support Center.

THX Star ... but I tried to find out if any one had the same problem and found a solution to it before I tried the support center ... and it looks like im the only one having this problem ... support usualy goes like ... reinstall, updates, patches,... but it looks like Vista as an OS is the case here ... could be wrong, but for all payed EA games that I own I would expect them to work even on a new OS, couse I had almost no problems with them before (minor bugs, crashes ect. - but patches fixed those problems...) ... so im kinda not to happy geting back to play online a game that I like and at first it works, then it does not.... but thx again for your A
