Question

I had a question concerning this game on Vista, but the EA contact form doesn't work so I thought that I would try here, sorry if this is the wrong place. Anyway here is my question...

For BFME the game just crashes on the title screen and some big error box pops up with aload of text inside it.

For BFME 2, RoTK again when I try to start up the game the client crashes, the screen stating the title just stays there then I get a message saying that the program is not responding I have tried running it in compatibility mode and playing around with it a bit but all that happens is that it askes me to enter the correct disk, any ideas?

I was told that editing the games .ini file and replacing it with a .ini file from Xp would work, but I havent got a computer with XP on anymore so I was just wondering if you had this information...

I'm not even sure if this works or if it is the same problem, I just thought that I would bring it up.

Hey there. What seems to be the problem you are having with the contact form?

As for the games, it sounds like either a graphics or cd issue. What graphics card are you using and have you installed the latest drivers for it? There is a large support section on our website that has plenty you can try. You can find it at http://support.electronicarts.co.uk
