Moved to The Lord of the Rings forum.
At the moment there is no news about a planned Battle for Middle Earth 3 game.

i think its about time EA looked a little deeper into LOTRs mythology and not kill it off with its LOTR online which looked shiat IMO totally changed the look of everything anyways back to the topic at hand, maybe if EA look at past events that shaped the earth such as the simarilion i cant remeber what its called something like that, and i do know that somone has posted a good article on a fan page thing, http://lotrfanon.wikia.com/wiki/The_Battle_for_Middle_Earth_III_(Game)
ok that link goes to a good article which i think EA should look at for some ideas, plus the idea of choosing whether u can convert to preset such as BFME1 or to free build such as BFME2 would be a good idea here ya go guys knock ya selfs out and i hope EA read this

I do not think that the BFME series is as true to the storyline, with made up characters (Drogoth, Gorkil) and some characters missing (not enough Nazgul, Celeborn, Radagast, etc.). This is why I think that EA should have another go, because the gameplay is great, but it just doesn't follow what Tolkien wrote closely enough.

They should buy Creative Assembly from SEGA, so we can have a true Middle Earth game that will do justice to the battles from the movies. EA's way just doesn't do it for me.

See, if I've spent £30 on a game, I don't want to have to spend an extra £8.99 a month to continue playing it! Imagine how expensive that could get.
