The spin is too hard to judge on 09. Sometimes I want to put a bit of curl on the shot but it sometimes ends up as a banana shot and ends up well wide.

lol i remember fifa international soccer on the sega mega drive, you couldnt score from inside the box the only way of scoring was to belt it from 30 yards lalalala

runnin away from the referee when he was gonna book you or send you off that was funny too

spend about 15 mins runnin away and the ref just keeps chasing you lalalala

It would have been silly if you could easily score from every free kick, I think FIFA 09 has done the right thing creating a more advanced free kick system.

FIFA 05. Mainly because it was easy lol

Nah but I think fifa 09's system is well. They just need to tweak some things.. (the over-exxagerated topspin/ball swerve for example)

2003

I also quite like the corner systems in '05where you choose the type of corner then you had to control a player and jostle against the opponent to try and get on the end of the ball, it was '05 wasn't it? I wouldn't mind something like that in BAP for FIFA 10

Only time I could ever score them, then I ditched my wii.

I've scored a grand total of 1 in '09 on 360.

I thought the set-piece options on 2007 were the best, and the realism of 08 were the best in that category.

09's freekick system is ok, it may take a while to get used to but it is pretty good.
I hated the ones with targets on the goals, they was ridiculous.

I think the keepers are 'too' aware of freekicks, as opposed to RL keepers. So freekicks are only scoreable if you put the ball 'here or here', if you get my drift.

07 and 09 on PS2.

04 on NGC and 08 on DS, 09 and 10 Demo on 360 from what I've played I'm never able to score from them.

I think the best freekick system was in 2007,because it wasn't easy to score but, when you scored you were very happey because you had a bit of work to do to get the goal, not like in 2005 where i scored at every freekick
