End of Manager Mode

What happens at the end of a 15 season career on manager mode fifa07 do you just retire?? i never cod be bothered to stay on an finish as all the well known players retire!

Thats why when they retire you get younger players in which you make into well known players

I'm on my 10th season with man u on 07.
