Crop that black line off the left hand side so it's 100×76.

Crop that black line off the left hand side AND resize to 99×75.

Thought it's better to do it as 2 separate requests incase anyone does one instead of the other. Thanks in advance.

Would like the text to be the player's name, must be in the new home kit and must have the badge somewhere in the background. Colour would like to be purple to match the club colours.
