Ok First there's no need to triple post. People will get to your request eventually. First, What version are you using?

The way I install them is that I have a shortcut set up to this link:
C:\Users\Nutter\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\6.0\Presets

Yours will be different, but there should be a folder in the CS2 file which you can add brushes. Just drop the abr file in here, then load up Photoshop.

Go into the folder, Copy the file, and paste it elsewhere

Or you can do what I do, make a folder called C:\Users\chemicalrubber\Photoshop\Brushes. Dump all your .abr's in there (extract from zip file) and in photoshop, when using the brush tool, select the drop down arrow (at the top where you select the brush shape etc.) and click Replace Brushes, and navigate to that folder you just created.

They are textures, not Brushes

Set the layer to Lighten or Screen. The black will automatically disappear.
