Has anyone used Photoline?

hey just wondering if anyone has used or uses Photoline?
If so what did you think?

I really like it, I have been using photoshop for ages but I was asked to test Photoline out for a friend and now i have both i find i use Photoline more.

any feedback would be great.

Isnt it the same as Photoshop but inferior?
