Photoplus help?

Hey!

I've downloaded Photoplus 6.0 and I get the email for key, type it in, then it accepts it.
But then the screen freezes and says that it is not responding.

Then when I re-open it , it goes back to the beginning with the inputting of the key.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I don't know why Sarah, but I haven't seen you post on here in ages.

To answer your problem - try reinstalling it, see if that does anything.
