The pixelate effect, on his arms. I think it may have looked better if it was just behind him, and not on his top. Just my opinion, though.

Still, fair enough. It's an acquired taste for that soft of thing.
It looked a bit better when it was a large file, i could have probably done with recducing the size of the faux pixels.

I think if the pixels were slightly smaller, then it would look more effective. But other than that, it's great.
