100% Trophies Problem

I have got all trophies, 100% of them but they only show in my trophies as 100%. When me or anybody in my friends list compares trophies with me they see I have them all but it only reads 79% or 82% yet with a picture of the platinum one next to it. If you look inside all the trophies are there to be seen so why is the percentage wrong? Is this affecting anyone else?

have you synced them to your psn id thats the only reason i can think of that you havent

Yeah have sync'd them and still no joy, even have additional trophies from other games since. Don't know whats wrong.
