The Godfather 2 Online isn't working

HELP!

I have the godfather 2 on PS3 and it won't let me go online!
When i press 'Play Online' it comes up with a terms and conditions box. I press X for accept terms and it says connecting for 2 seconds and goes back to the terms and conditions box.
I have tried going all the way down before pressing accept and clicked on all the 'Send me news... blah,blah,blah' options before pressing accept.
My internet connection is fine and i am signed in when doing it (Both ea account and PSN) and don't know what else to do!

i can get past that bit on ps3 but it wont let me join any of the games just keeps saying unable to join game

its the same on the PC cant seem to join the online game.

did you fix this as i have exactly the same problem
