When the story finishes, how do you fly to other cities as i've noticed the women isn't at the airport anymore? Or does this quite simply me you can't.

You should still be able to fly between the cities. Did you have a shootout before goin' to the spot she's usually at? Sometimes they run away when there's gunfire nearby.

hmmm well i just finished the last mission in the florida airport so prehaps this is why. thanks
