Default The Godfather II - Is it worth it?

I was thinking of buying it but some of the reviews have been quite dissapointing.

Is it worth the buy?

Well, it depends on what you're expecting. It's not playin' with the big boys when it comes to the graphics, but the Don's View, Extortion Mechanic and Story make it a good game nevertheless.
I definitly recommend it.

I like the game but think its slightly lacking from the first one. it is a little too easy and there just doesn't seem to be that much to do, although i haven't got that deep into the game as i have been rocking out on rock band 2 more.

Warning, the following is slightly spoiler-ish.

True, since you're forced to take over every racket/business in order to actually finish the story there's not much to do after you've done that. Unless of course you're someone who plays a lot of multiplayer...

I recommend buying it, but the story is pretty short, and once u have eliminated all other families there isn't much to do

It is an amazing game to me. The only thing that put me off replaying (for the fifth time) is when I got to the bridge in Cuba I fell below the map and could run around until I fell further and died, but even then I was still below the map.
