Why do you guys like Burgers so much ? I mean in moderation they are nice, I have one from time to time myself, I usually keep a few Quater ponders in the Freezer.

But do you guys have a time of day where you all stop what you are doing and rush to McDonalds or Burger King ? its like Breakfast,Burger,Lunch,Burger, Dinner Burger. All topped off with fries and a Coke. You have songs about McDonald's.

What gives ?

Do you ever eat Fish and Chips ? Cause most "Brits" do every friday.

I have fast food maybe one a month.

Though the reason why the people I know who eat fast food at every given chance is because they're lazy. They don't want to cook food themselves, and instead they go the easy and cheap route and get a cooked meal in less than 10 minutes. Doesn't help when you have a fast food joint at every corner of the town.

But those are just the ones I know. Which really are only a few

But seriously, it's true - a lot of people are lazy with their food, and it's true that in America there are a lot more fast food joints (or at least, more densely populated), but that doesn't mean it's anything to do with them being American. I think if Britain was in the same market situation, everyone would be laughing at the fat brits, too. You also have to take into account America's media magnet effect, it's a lot more "important" if it happens in America.

These days we have lazy moms, that take there kids to school and do not cook at the house so they prefer to buy food at mcdonalds to feed there hungry kids. As time goes by kids get used to it.

I am american, and I like burgers because I am greasy and fat, and when I talk my voice sounds like Im gargling sputum.

Im quite unpleasant to look at, wearing a grease-stained tank top that doesnt quite cover my belly, with a beer in one hand and a big mac in the other, and more hair on my chest and arms than my head.

I have a faded tatoo of an anchor on my ankle.

... but at least I dont wear a top hat and a monocle, with a cup of tea in my hand with the pinky extended, shouting out "ROIGHT ROIGHT TOP'O THE MORNIN TO YE THEN!!!!"

Nah im just kiddin. People shouldnt take the things I say personally. The British People thread was just a joke, like most of my other threads, and, like most of my other threads, it got a bunch of people riled up with their panties in a bunch. Sorry, I keep forgeting how emotionally tender some people are.
