Sort of when people get tattoos in chinese, they always claim it's something really profound/pretentious.

- "What does it say?"
- "A bird does not sing because it has an answer, it sings because it has a song"
- "Actually I speak Chinese, it says 'sock puppet'".

I booked two for the other month, but I was ill on the day of the appointment so I rebooked it for January.

I'm getting these. One on each foot.

I love tattoos, I'm thinking long and hard about a large back piece, I love nautical stuff and pin up girls so I think that sort of thing will be incorporated. Can't wait.

I knew a bunch of guys who got those hollow stars on each pec. I want to get something pretty unique. I have only ever seen one person with a tattoo where I thought. "I would love to have that." All the others have looked cheap, which is why I'm retisant about getting one.

I did the same, except mine is a little clown throwing up the peace sign. The clown grew up as I did.

The funny thing is, my dad's a farmer and you would never imagine he would do something like that. I still admire the cojones it takes to get a tat at 13.

Pretty sure I'll not be getting a tattoo. Ever. Because...

a) There's better things to spend my money on
b) I'll probably get bored of it, then regret having it done.
c) It might hurt
and d) No matter what the design, it'll look awful when you're old and saggy.

Very true, but at least it's one less thing to worry about looking like a deformed prune.

I bet that in 30 years time there will be an effective way of getting rid of a tattoo.

I currently have 5 tattoos, these include;

1) Music notes and instruments on the bottom of my back
2) My name in chinese going down my back, towards the top.
3) Tribal heart on my ankle
4) 3 stars on my neck
5) 'The Wonder Of You' written in fancy writing on my inner arm, in memory of my mum.

I don't regret any of my tattoos. I love them. They make me who I am.

The stars can't be good for job interviews can they?

I would only ever get a tattoo that I could cover up.

From what I've read today (plans on a hotel in space) then yeah I'm going to agree with you on this!

My Andrew's tattoo,

And this is what I plan on getting;

along with that I want to get my sparrows on my arm holding a banner, and also my chest script. ;D

That's not the correct way of saying it though. It looks wrong.

You can't see it unless my hair is up, and most of the time, a top actually covers it up. No problem there!

I went with three of my friends while they got their tattoos, I couldn't even stand to watch. One of them kept up a constant stream of swearing the whole way through.

So, I'm too much of a wuss, and I dunno what I'd want.

My boyfriend has a sleeve done and it's sexy.

I think the oddest tattoo I have seen is his brothers, He has Puff The Magic Dragon eitherside of his belly button and it's so cute

My ex had a tattoo that looks exactly like this one, I absolutely hated it.

Pillsbury doughboy tattoo is boss.
