I think he's simply microwaved his hub and then fabricated these so called "replies". EA customer service is the best in the world, there's no way they would provide unhelpful advice or simply ignore him.

Its not something you can take to court and instantly win.
You'd have no evidence that you didnt do something "wrong" to "cause" the failure/fire.
