Tim Burtons 'Batman' and 'Batman Returns' were good but the rest were s**t up untill Batman Begins which was quality. 'The Dark Knight' just looks epic lol....can't wait!

Yeah i think it's a lot more serious than the Burton films as well because although they were good, they had that fun/gothic/camp/wierd element to them lol (if you know what i mean). Batman Begins and The Dark Knight seem to have been taken more seriously and have been directed in a different, and in my opinion better way altogether.

I agree I liked the first 2 Tim Burton movies. I thought Batman Returns wasn't as good as the first movie. Probably because Jack made such a good portrayal as the Joker. But after Batman Forever I gave up on them completely and only ever watch the first 2 movies if I catch them on TV or something.

Don't know about this one yet. Some say they have gone back to the darkness of the 1st movie, which they should really because the graphic novel of 'The Dark Knight' was dark.

lol the key word here is 'dark'.
Its in my signature as well!! Help!! Get me out of this darkness!!

My mum hasn't booked the tickets yet I've decided to watch Batman Begins on SKYONE on Sunday night, instead of buying the DVD
