I loved it.
It was maybe a bit obvious towards the end but the ways James' Shed kept getting destroyed was hilarious!
The thing with the fountain i saw coming right from the start.
The way mini digger fell in was just perfect though, one of those: ooooooOOOO!!! moments.

I take it you watch lalalala comedy then. Or none at all? Just stop commenting on it. It wasn't rehearsed coz Redgrave didn't know a single thing about it. Go on and watch Fifth Gear
Hey lame brain how would you know what i watch!!!I'll comment on what i want where i want.Afterall that's what a forum is for, and its obvious that YOU dont know what comedy is, because that was lalalala comedy .... you must be easily amused

Maybe just think about what others have posted before you before you do, because everyone but you here liked Top Ground Gear Force. So just leave it and try to say something nice about it.
I do know comedy, I watch good stuff. Obviously you dont'

Can't you ever just leave it at "It's not for me" or must you insist on drawing everything out into a how right you are and wrong everyone else is discussion.

Anyway, yes it was funny, though you knew what was coming especially when Clarkson started talking about water features, though it was less powerful then I expected. I was expecting something like this in terms of how powerful it is.

You could tell most of it was set up.
Maybe Steve Redgrave didn't know but, you can tell what they were doing was set up simply by the coincidence of it.

Remora, this is a forum is it not?? On furums people express their opinions. Its wether you agree with such opinions or not that draw them out, and my opinion is as valid as yours even though you may not agree.
Im not nasty or rude to people unless they try it on with me, so dont get on your high horse and try to tell me not to contribute, as it's not on (i wouldn't do so to you, unless you were rude or spiteful) and would respect your right to reply wether right or wrong

Finally, others have agreed that it's fixed and rehearsed as ive pointed out on other Top Gear Threads.
I just dont like the idea that they are trying to fool the viewer into believing it's filmed as it happens

No I misread your first post, it seemed like you were bull baiting, sorry. But you are heavy handed with your views elsewhere so it seemed to fit.

Just because something is staged doesn't mean it isn't funny. 90% of stand-up comics rehearse their shows and try to make it seem natural and spontaneous, some do it better then others. Though as Ross Noble proves the unrehearsed comedy is also good it doesn't have to be all spur of the moment, and I'm pretty sure they are trying hard to be funny.

I do disagree with you this time Remora, i dont think im heavy handed with my views just forthright and honest when i was asked about them.If i had expressed them without being asked then i would agree those other comments would be harsh judgment on people.....but im not like that its just very difficult to get an emotive point across without it being longwinded and boring....if you check some of my threads and posts you'll see im not a bad person, i just like to have a bit substance to a debate and dont like "just because" answers, and i know i can sound defensive sometimes, that tends to happen to us that have been in uniform

I enjoyed it, and thought it was really funny each time James' shed was ruined!

There was a report in the newspaper that there were several complaints about the show to the BBC, not about being unfunny so it wasnt me, but about how seriously dangerous and unecessarily destructive it was!!!!!!!!

People complain about the stupidest things, it's not like people having seen that are now going to drive diggers into ditches or make jet engine barbecues. Its just people complaining because they can channel five shows much worse TV both in terms of content and quality, though they are getting a bit better but its still the kind of channel you switch your brain off to.
House
CSI
That other CSI rip of with the navy seals.
