Weird?

No, it's part of our rights and laws. Why would it be weird? It makes perfect sense actually.

Wrong?

In some cases yes, and some no.

You think it makes sense to sell lethal weapons in the supermarket?

If you have an ID and the proper identification, then yes.

And where I live, there are no "supermarkets" that sell guns.

so do you think that the high rate of fire arm homicide is a fair price to pay for the right to be armed?

From what i understand its not your right to carry arms in everyday life, check out your Constitution,im sure it states agianst armed aggressors meaning another invading nation....highly unlikely though

If you have proper ID, you can carry a gun in most public places. It's very rare, but it is possible.

I don't think it's right or wrong, it's just part of this country. It was founded on freedoms and rights like that.

Again, no one is forced to live here.

yes

another thing that i find quite funny is that you can buy guns and all that, but they are so scared to say a "bad" word on tv or show something remotely related to nudity

I can think of many rights and freedoms that are "obsolete" in many countries.

I think it should be waayyyyyy more difficult to obtain a drivers license in most countries. And cars kill way more people than guns do.

If it was my choice, I think it should be everyman for himself and murder should be legal.

Hows that for "rights"?

The best of the best survive.

well of course the physical and mental abilities is different from person to person...so people wouldn't have the same rights in your "everyman for himself" society

Yes they would.

They have the right to do whatever they want. Doesn't mean they can though. Two different things.

yes ive read through all the posts but Y R U so chunky you still havent explained why you should have the right to bare arms. In what way from this constitutional right does this help you gain anything apart from defend yourself from another person who has a gun because of the right to bare arms.

all sounds like a vicious circle to me, i may be wrong

If someone breaks into my house to harm me, I have the right to defend myself and blast that ************ in the head.

Got it now?
