Need help on Super Paper Mario.

I'm back. The reason I was away was Super Paper Mario Can someone please post a walkthrough for chapter 8-3? I run out of healing items after beating Mimi and then I got stuck in this room of blocks then I used the return pipe then I went to Flopside then I got some Super Shroom Shakes.

Are any of these walkthorughs on GameFAQs of any use? If not then just google for other walkththroughs, that's all I did here.
