Hmm, since I changed the skin to the Sim one I'm starting to like it a little more. I prefer light colours on forums like this - mainly because my two year old habit of indigo text can still be used - it would be hell to break. xD

In defence of the "lag", it's probably due to a huge number of people pouring in to take a look at the new forums. It'll settle down eventually.

Hmm, it's not too bad. I think it would be better if we had our own Off Topic section though. So far this thread looks like it's full of us Sims folks... and it keeps reverting back to the main 'EA' forum when you click on Off Topic, so we have to find The Sims sub forum to get back to where we came from which is just effort really :P Hehe.

So yeah, separate Off Topic forum will sort me and many others I think

@Kiz: I keep on typing fuchsia instead of darkblue now, I got used to it for so long. But fuchsia looks terrible here... so I've gone back to blue. It's weird not having a color. :P

Maus ~ The option to view avatars is in the profile, but even when turned on they don't show. Otherwise you would all be looking at wiL Francis's face again. =P

CDJ54321 ~ I think the reason they put the off topic board how it is, was to get the community more involved with one another, other than just us sticking to our small (in comparison to the EA fans as a whole) communities.

Ooo. You can change the skins.

Go to 'quick links' 'edit options' and you can choose the background of the forum. I'm using the sims2 skin which is much nicer.

Once again, I hate these forums. Old members from The Sims 2 UK will know I like Japanese stuff? Some guy just commented on my signature, not knowing who, or what it meant. The Sims 2 UK forum regular members probably knew who it was. Now, with everyone under one roof....it's gonna be hell
