They're evil. All of them.

Ew, siblings.

Any pet is preferable over a sibling.

They come with one purpose: to annoy.

Exactly, Becky. I guess I am quite an annoyance to my sister, though.

I have a few more pets than siblings luckily.

Oh. That's quite tragic. I have eleven pets and a sister. Though I probably could count her as a pet, she's quite a cow.

I don't know how you cope with a sister.

I'd hate to have one. Not that having two brothers is particularly nice at times either.

I'm considering applying for a job in Starbucks.

Me and my friend went in to the one in town today as she wanted an application form. They accept under 16s so I could.

When we had a look at the details of the job on the sheet of paper they had up in the window...the pay's £6.65 and hour!

They accept under 16's?
Interesting...

I might be going into Starbucks, soon! I'm sure there are at least five in town.
Costa is better though.

Good luck if you do apply!

They've just opened a big new one in my town and when we went to get the application form my friend asked if you had to be 16 and they said no!

Ooh. Good luck if you end up applying!

I've got 2 interviews in the not so distant future. One at GAME on Sunday and one at Jessops next Friday. Handed an application form into Tesco too but they aren't recruiting until September apparently. =\

These "proper jobs" sound 100% awful.

Why Waitrose in particular?

Supermarkets tend not to employ people below 18 in the case someone wants to buy alcohol/18 rated DVDs etc.

I have no idea why Waitrose!

I know that the Waitrose near me does or at least used to employ under 18s as we know someone who worked there from 16.

I don't.
I'd rather stay on 'till I'm 17. When I leave I want to go to Uni, and 16 is just too young...

Apparently I'd be wasting my time though. Hmph. It's my time to waste.

You might learn something if you stay on though, I certainly didn't. I knew it all (hm, that sounds a little big-headed, but it's true ).

Not many people would have taken me seriously at 16 though, so maybe it's a good thing I wasted a few years.

I wouldn't have been allowed to leave school at 16, so it's just as well I didn't want to.

What does your Dad want you to do, Rachael?

I won't be allowed to leave school at 16 for sure!

I don't want to anyway, but y'know!
