Here's what i want to see...

Customization

#1 no cartoons!
#2 nothing thats too much like flipping off walls!

Create a player-

I want this to be more complex like in the real fifa. I want to see all the physical features, and not just some, like eye color, and more hair-styles.

I also want to see a more complex skill system, i want to see a tackeling / marking, power / accurracy, headers, etc. and not just speed and shot, etc.

Create a Pitch

This was great in fifa street 2, but i want to see this expand, more options like an indoor gym, an actual street, different lots, etc. a bigger variety i should say...

Create Team

Let us put more players, like up to 12 or something. the others will stay as reserves. more logos would be nice to.


Teams

Of course we want to see international teams, like portugal, brazil, england, france, etc. but perhaps some real teams like Man Utd, Chelsea, AC Milan, Inter, Munich, etc. and have all their top players.


Game play

i think we should choose the amount of players in a match, and more / less in big matches in the story. EX. choose a 3 v 3 - 6 v 6 or something.

also a story would be nice like in fifa street 2. Perhaps be a part of a rookie team, and then leave and make your own, and then play tournaments / matches to earn respect / exp. points.

And please keep it more simple like in fifa street 2, i don't like flipping off walls, and stuff, so keep it more like fifa street 2, and add bicycle kicks, i dont think i saw that in 2.

*an ARCADE MODE would be nice, this would be the cartoon version for the players who actually like the cartoon and the flipping tricks. no biggie, it would just turn all the players into the cartoon style. (personally i do not like it at all, but i know some people do.)

DJs (Commentators)

have multiple languages like in fifa.

Some good ideas there.
However, I think a 12-man squad is too many players for a street-football team. Perhaps eight would do.

hire/fire new members for your team, like in need for speed carbon, and you can play the "be a pro" mode, that would be great!
