Really don't like the gameplay style or the visual style, looks like lalalala to me in all regards, but then I'm probably a football purist, to me football should be played on a fullsize pitch of grass between 11 professionals and the sport should be as accurate a simulation as possible.

shoot, but people like vaantje, nabil, ismail hamadoui , eddie van gils(i think is his name) and lenny gotteb pull off some amazing moves that influence people like the cristiano ronaldo's ronaldinho's etc etc the tricksters. that doesnt mean this game wil be good tho.

i know. i have never played the series. but you would think that after their hiatus they got their **** together. hey if it's good thats another football game i can play. i dont want it to be over the top to the point its unrealistic though. no matter where or or the amount of people used to play it football is football is football.

yea, a sort of style between cell shaded and team fortress 2, and it will definetly NOT be realistic. its an EA BIG game, like the NBA Street series, where you can jump 50 ft in the air, do like 20 spins and make a dunk. this isnt meant to be a realistic game, thats what FIFA is for.

haha, Peter Crouch looks like a proper muppet.
Why make a football game look like that is beyond.
Judging from the screen with ronaldinho, it just might be over the top unrealistic...

Perhaps the exaggerated, caricature-esque artistic style of the players is indicative of the gameplay? If it is, I expect this game to be grounded in reality, but for the abilities of the players to be overly exaggerated. One of the screenshots I've seen hints at this, too;

Ronaldinho seems to have leaped over a player by springing off (and over) his shoulder . I mean, I know the guy is amazing, but I don't think he's done anything like that before! I expect the game will focus on style and the ability to perform jaw-dropping skills so that you don't just beat your opponent, you humiliate them . That's pretty much what Street games are renowned for anyway.

I'm with you guys when you say that you hope it isn't too unrealistic. In fact, I'd love a realistic 5a side football game .

FIFA Street 3 definitely has me intrigued, though.

I know that the 'FIFA Street' series is supposed to give us a uniqie football experience, outside the pitch & no rules are attached. On some levels, there are bit unrealism about the game (i.e. the gamebreaker), but it was yet believable. Now (btw, I'm not bashing about the game), it looks a bit too extreme, it's like something you see in a Nike cartoon ad...

im kind of disappointed, it should be a 'sim' of the best streetballers from holland, france, etc etc. not FIFA sanctioned footballers playing on the street, that part i find wack.
oh well you cant win em all.
