FIFA Manager series '08-'09

HI there...

... well how about FIFA Manager series '08-'09 or even earlier... I am a big fan of this game simulation, I follow it since back in the days when it was Football Manager '05 -'07 and I love it...

...myself I am not big in controlling a player on the field during a game, but I love the management simulation of the club, team, stadium, personal finance and assets, relationship and all the great features that come with FIFA manager series...
...I still spend hours with FIFA Manager '08 and I never get bored...

...even if I live in US and here soccer is not quite so big or so popular like in Europe or any other place all over the world some of us here we love it... (maybe because I am half Italian too)

...I would like to see a thread about the FIFA Manager series too, so we can keep in touch as well... or if it is already somewhere here in the forum, I can't find it....

...I have a major question for developers... I would like to get FIFA Manager '09 and I am planning to install and play the game on a pwerful machine (Dell XPS) but with NO internet connection... yes, I said NO internet connection...
...there are still cases where no internet connection is available - few examples: living on a ranch in a remote mountain location, move to a new place where utilities are not yet fully set up, ISP not able to deliver internet connection due to major construction projects in the neibohood, etc. etc. etc (the list could go on and on...)

...so I have a question and I can't seem to find the answer... if I plann to purchase install and play a new game from EA games - like FIFA Manager '09, or any other with on line code activation requirements (Sims 3, etc) how would I be able to use the game on a machine that has NO internet connection...

...now I found that - unfortunately - FIFA Manager '09 the game I want is NOT available on a DVD/CD version in US for sale in a respectable store...(it maybe in a parking lot or market, or ebay, but same time it may not be a legit version...)

...I also found that fortunately the game is available to download from the EA store website and this is great... I can buy it and download it on a laptop (from work or a friend) and be sure I have a legal copy of the game...

...now here is my question... how will I be able to install, activate and play the game on my huge desktop at home with NO internet connection??... if I will need on line activation on a machine with NO internet connection how would I do that??...
...I should mention that is out of the question to move my desktop to a place with internet connection just for a game activation purpose, as it is a huge heavy desktop (XPS 730 h2c)...

...now please help me.... if there is the answer somewhere here in the forum I have hard time find it...

...if there is no answer to this question yet, maybe the game developers can find and provide a solution for this issue... like me maybe some other potential users are out there with similar issues...

...it's funny that I want to get the game, I want to make sure I will have a legal copy, and with my purchase to support the developing team, I want to do it right, but because of some real life limitations I can't quite get the game I want... and who knows how many are out there like me but not speaking out yet...

...just as a reference, Rockstar Games with their latest version of GTA IV already provided a solution for a similar game activation issue for a machine with no internet connection...

...can EA do the same in a timely manner.??.. again if the solution is already out there, I do apologize in advance, I have hard time find it...
