- What error message you receive and where; the game mode (ranked, unranked, lobby play etc), the error message you receive when trying to find or connect to a game, how often this occurs and how long before this appears (i.e. before the team select screen, on the team select screen being unable to select teams) - During a head to head match selection screen, it puts me in with another user but neither of us can change teams and after a minute it says "Game session no longer available"....occurs VERY OFTEN NOW! H

I only have consistent problems when trying to connect to friends. I'm either presented with "Game session is no longer available" at the team selection stage or the invited friend never turns up and is replaced by a random player.
Standard head-to-head meatches present the same error although not consistently.

All the time, but I generally play in the evening.

when I play head to head match it says, Game session no longer available or Connection to EA server has been lost, sometimes it drops before match starts when you select a team ,
mostly it drops after the game has started it can be after 1 min or
after first halv or when I have scored one goal.

when I play head to head match it says, "Game session no longer available" or "Connection to EA server has been lost",
mostly it drops after the game has started it can be after 1 min or
after first half or when I have scored one goal,and second half ofcourse.
Those matches never count in my player hub.From 5 games, in 3 of them i'm thrown out!I have all the necessary ports opened,NAT TYPE2 connection but nothing

Everytime when i play online games.

- "Game session no longer available" at the team selection screen, doesnt matter where you go from, lobby, quick ranked or invite.

The home team can select their team but the away team has to wait for the connection. Then after 10-20 seconds it will go "game session no longer available"

Game session no longer available when i go to quick match and happens about 4 times out of 5, Connection to EA server has been lost during matches every other game, connection to your opponent has been lost usually when im winning and the game doesnt count

all day no matter what time i go on. even after midnight.

This is the most annoying thing I've had with a game ever. I'm in an online league, but I can only connect to half of the teams, so now I'm getting kicked for not being able to complete my games by the deadline.

Same here, I've had to withdraw from the league I was going to be in and haven't been able to play a single match. My online record stands at 0-0-0, weeks after the game launched!

For most of these reports it is a static IP problem. You must forward the FIFA 10 and Xbox LIVE/PSN ports, and forward them to a static IP. Then you set it up for your Xbox 360/PS3. I did this and do not have any problems whatsoever.

Wehere i can find those PSN PORTS, or it's about FIFA10 UDP and DCP ports that are mentioned in the game's manual? If you talk about the FIFA10 UDP and DCP ports,i forwarded those ports to my static ip of the console, but for nothing !

- What modem / router are you using with make, model and firmware update number where possible = BT homehub, the white older one

- Location (country and city) = London(near wembley), UK

- What error message you receive and where; the game mode (ranked, unranked, lobby play etc), the error message you receive when trying to find or connect to a game, how often this occurs and how long before this appears (i.e. before the team select screen, on the team select screen being unable to select teams) = error message i recieve is the dreaded "game session no longer available" happens when i try to connect to ranked or unranked matches and lobby, happens also when i try playing some of my friends. This occurs alot id say err 3/5 times when i try finding head to head matches and when i try to connect to some of my friends. Basically when i invite my friend, i dont see them joining the game and then it says "game session no longer available" and if i join as the away team it says "game session no longer available" if we cant connect after like 10-15seconds or so, the time varies though.

- What time of day does this happen the most When trying to connect to specific friends happens almost all times of day, when trying to play head to head it happens pretty much all times of day too lol

Extra note, its clearly my problem as yesterday tried connecting to a mate whose using his ps3 at university, and his NAT is type 1 meaning he shouldnt have no problems at all, and we couldnt connect at all. so yea clearly my problem XD

what i dont understand is how comes playing via online team play/club/virtual pro ranked has no problems at all.
