Keeps crashing in the Arena - Any ideas?

Hey Folks.

Been playing Fifa 10 for a few weeks but i've now developed a problem. When the game starts, as soon as the arena loads up with my Pro in it the Xbox crashes. Ejecting the disc does nothing and a restart is all that works. I've loaded the game being offline and when Rooney is in the arena it is fine. Last night i managed to then load my settings in manually and play a few online games but then as soon as i finish and go back to the main arena it crashes again. It started a few days ago when it would always crash when i was trying to get into team management in manager mode. Annoyed me but i just started playing elsewhere but now it's screwing the game up completely.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and please bare in mind i'm not a massive gamer so try and keep it simple. ;-)

clean the disk and clean the x box blow into it, it happened to me and that worked for me

Cheers mate, i'll try that but as it happens in the same place every time, i've even borrowed a mate's disc and all other games are fine i can't see it working myself.

Delete online squads, had the same problem myself yesterday on PS3. Turns out this fixed it.

Just reset all squads mate and it seems to have sorted it ... ish.

I'm OK in the arena now but when i load my manager mode game and enter manage team between games it still crashes. I could go into team management just before the game and it was fine but now i have an injured player it means i need to forfeit the match to continue.
