MM Ive been Sacked!

so i was playing manager mode yersteady i was in second half of season with chelsea 1st in premiership and had bought balotelli and lukovic.
so my next match which was agansit portsmouth fa cup round 5 it took me untill 79min wen ballack headed from a corner and a portsmouth defender headed it in.but in mins they were level as dindane scored no goals in ex time so it was penalties.

its 3 3 they miss anelka to win it and its saved.they score.i have to score to win but its saved again.

so my rep goes low.
i play my next match agansit arsenal league cup final and win 1-0

then i get an email sayin Ive Been Sacked! just because i lost to portsmouth its only 1 match!
so now i have to be manager of hereford!.

anyone else had this happen?

Yep, happened to me 10 games into the season as Everton, only lost 2 matches and won the rest....

I think it's best to start from the lower league clubs first off in MM to build up a bit of reputation as its very hard to begin with! Either that or set the Manager mode Difficulty level down a notch to Semi-Pro or something....

Been a lot of feedback about this......

yeah, bigger clubs don't give as much lenience with half star managers. Start managing in Ligue 1 or the championship first, build up a rep then sign for chelsea.
